GNOYO’s Summer Music Festival
The 19th annual Summer Music Festival will take place Monday through Friday
June 5-9, 2017
Loyola University New Orleans.

GNOYO’s 9th Annual
Summer Orchestras Program
Will be at Loyola University New Orleans! Rehearsals will begin on June 27th and will continue every Tuesday through August 1st, from 6:30-8 p.m. The Final Concert will be held on August 1st at 7:30 p.m. at Roussel Hall and is free and open to the public.
No audition is necessary; placement is based on proficiency. Enrollment is on a first-come basis and open to students who play violin, viola, cello, bass, harp, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, French horn, trumpet, or trombone.

LADIES: Black floor/ankle-length dress with sleeves or black floor/ankle-length skirt with black blouse or black dress pants with sleeved black top or blazer with black socks or hosiery and black dress shoes (no sandals).
The concert is free and open to the public and all ages!

Two members of GNOYO Symphony Orchestra, Maxwell Arcaneaux and Rachael Levine competed and were selected by the Honors Performance Series
to perform at Carnegie Hall. In February, they will join other young musicians from all over the globe to make beautiful music. Congratulations on this outstanding achievement!

GNOYO’s Annual Giving Campaign
GNOYO’s 2016 Annual Giving Campaign kicked off in December! On December 17th you enjoyed the Fall Concert and the beautiful music our students performed. As a member of the GNOYO family, you experience first-hand the benefits of our program. These include:
Excellent music training from qualified teaching musicians
Exposure to a wide variety of music styles
Public performances in concert halls and other facilities
Eleven music education and outreach programs
But most of all GNOYO provides a safe, learning and nurturing environment enabling our young people to develop into not only fine artists, but productive young people and citizens.
You can help us continue our mission to provide this music educational programming to the hundreds of children who are participating in GNOYO this year. Tuition and grant funding cover only a portion of our administrative expenses, teaching musicians, rehearsal space, concert expenses and educational programs. Your valuable donation helps fill the financial gap and ensures the future of GNOYO.
